Another LH Group refurbished diesel loco looks at home amongst the resident Chasewater diesels. This one hails from the British Nuclear Fuel site Sellafield in the Lake District where she will return after testing the overhauled running gear and new engine.
The original diesel was built by Sentinal (in the 60's?), later rebuilt by Thomas Ward in Yorkshire, then by Hunslet Barclay in Kilmarnock as works no 6479 in 1997. In its life time had the whole cab raised to accommodate a tall driver.
